Information Section
Information Section
While the daily section in a learner’s diary is primarily intended for writing down daily homework entries and other important reminders, the information section can be structured to contain the school’s own information and forms. This is a useful, versatile tool at the hands of the principal and educators to inform and communicate. See the suggestions below for possible content to add to your diary’s information section:
- General Information
- Vision and Mission statements
- Code of Conduct
- School Rules
- Disciplinary Policy
- School Uniform
- Monthly and Yearly planners (which may include important entries)
- Cycle Test and Examination schedules
- Forms on which entries can be made, such as Absenteeism, Progress Report, Merits and Demerits, Textbooks Received and Parent / Educator Communication Pages
- Timetables and Bell Times
- School History, Anthems, Symbolism of School Crest and Prayers
- Advertisements
- Any other content of choice
